Gloria is an HR executive and consultant who unlocks the potential of people and companies. She has experience scaling, transforming, and leading mergers/ carve outs of later-stage start-ups and mid-sized companies. She develops the structures, leaders and cultures that allow people and businesses to thrive.
Gloria is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a BA in Organizational Studies & HR, and of Temple University, where she earned an MBA in Marketing.
Gloria is passionate about The Foundling’s mission to help at-risk families get the support they need to become independent. She is proud of our focus on foster children and attends our Camp Felix program every year. Previously, Gloria hosted a foster child. She also serves on the Board of Family Ties of Westchester and Hope’s Door.

I joined The New York Foundling’s Junior Board in 2018 after meeting several members and attending their events. Having spent most of my professional career in child welfare, I now serve as the Permanency Coordinator and Immigration Liaison at The Foundling, as well as Co-Chair of the Junior Board’s Volunteer and Mission Engagement Committee. I received a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Anthropology from Virginia Commonwealth University. Joining the Junior Board has given me a meaningful way to give back beyond my daily work and to further support the organization’s mission.

Reid Becker is a strategy-driven professional with experience in sales, business strategy, and financial analysis. He is known for building trusted relationships and navigating complex problems in fast-paced environments. He is committed to continuous learning and professional growth, and is motivated by leadership, accountability, and delivering long-term value for clients and teams. In his free time, he enjoys playing pickleball, cooking, and traveling. Reid received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh and is a CFA® charterholder.

Bryan currently works in Debt Capital Markets and is passionate about helping those in need. He brings his professional experience in finance to support charitable initiatives, focusing on expanding access to resources and creating meaningful opportunities for underserved communities.

Jessica Doll is Vice President of Investor Relations for White Oak Global Advisors, a private credit firm that provides a full suite of flexible lending products and services to small and middle market businesses.
Prior to joining White Oak, she supported client relations and business development activities in Investor Relations roles at Abbott Capital Management and GCM Grosvenor. She started her career in wealth management at Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley.
Jessica has a Masters from the Industrial Labor Relations School at Cornell University and a B.S. in Sociology from University of Wisconsin-Madison. Jessica resides in New York City and enjoys playing tennis, pickleball and traveling.

Aditi Kulkarni previously worked in alternative investment fundraising at Goldman Sachs and TPG, where she focused on building relationships with Wealth Management Firms across Private Equity, Private Credit, and Real Estate strategies. She recently left finance to launch her own business venture and is eager to bring her experience in finance and entrepreneurship to the NY Foundling Junior Board. Aditi earned her degree in Finance and Business Information Systems from the University of Pittsburgh. She was first introduced to The Foundling during her time at Goldman and was especially drawn to its focus on children, a cause she cares deeply about. After spending time at Haven Academy and seeing firsthand the impact of The Foundling’s work, she was inspired to get more involved, particularly after learning how diverse and far-reaching the organization’s programs are.

Kellie Barnum joined The New York Foundling in 2019 and has served as President and Co-Chair of the Junior Board for the past three years. She is deeply committed to expanding opportunity for foster youth and firmly believes in the power of individual action to change lives. In recognition of her dedication and impact, Kellie was honored with the Impact Award in 2022 for her unwavering support and commitment to The New York Foundling’s mission.
Kellie is currently an MBA student at UCLA Anderson and serves as the Student Body President. She also is a Brown Private Equity & Alternatives Fellow as well as a Net Impact Board Fellow where she is a board observer for Maternal Mental Health NOW, a Los Angeles–based nonprofit.
Before business school, Kellie worked in both public and private markets, most recently in New York as a Vice President at Focus Financial Partners. She earned her B.S. in Finance and Management, with a minor in Philosophy, from Boston College, where she captained the Division I women’s volleyball team for three years and earned All-ACC honors for both athletic and academic achievement.
Deeply committed to community engagement, Kellie remains actively involved with her alma maters, leading reunion committees for both Boston College and the Harvard-Westlake School.

Kaylee is a Vice President in the Asset and Wealth Management Division at Goldman Sachs. Kaylee is currently Co-Chair of The New York Foundling’s Junior Board. Kaylee earned her B.S. from Mercy University in 2020, graduating Summa Cum Laude. At Mercy University, she was a member of the Business Honors Program and played Varsity field hockey.

As Chief Legal Officer, Andrew leads all legal operations and strategy for The Foundling and oversees the organization’s Compliance program. Andrew has over 20 years of experience as an attorney and in legal leadership roles, focusing on risk management, investigations, litigation, ethics, and compliance. Prior to his role at The Foundling, he worked for more than a decade at the New York City Department of Investigation (DOI) where he most recently served as General Counsel and Deputy Commissioner of Legal Affairs. In this role, Andrew was responsible for managing legal and operational risks for DOI, the anti-corruption agency overseeing New York City government’s 300,000 employees and $115 billion budget. Prior to this, he worked as a DOI Inspector General (IG) overseeing City agencies and contractors, was an associate at Morvillo, Abramowitz, Grand, Iason & Anello, P.C., and clerked for federal judges on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Additionally, Andrew is an Adjunct Professor of Law at New York Law School. Andrew received his Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law, his Master of Letters in philosophy and anthropology from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland, and his bachelor’s degree in philosophy and political science from the University of Michigan.
As Senior Vice President for Developmental Disabilities Services, Patrick oversees and provides strategic direction for our Residential, Day and Community Habilitation, and Employment Services programming. He is a seasoned executive with over 18 years of leadership experience in nonprofit, healthcare, and residential services, most recently serving as Chief Program Officer at The Arc of Lehigh & Northampton Counties. In this role, Patrick led strategic initiatives that significantly expanded services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), diversified revenue streams, and strengthened organizational resilience. He oversaw a broad portfolio of programs, implemented a comprehensive data management system to enhance performance tracking, drove policy and process reforms to ensure regulatory compliance and sustainable growth, and advocated for inclusive policies at the state and local levels. Patrick holds a BA in Psychology from Johns Hopkins University and is pursuing an MBA in Management at La Salle University.
