    Report a Concern

    The New York Foundling is dedicated to ensuring a culture of compliance, honesty, and integrity and a commitment to excellence.

    There are many ways in which staff and clients can communicate concerns, suggestions, and report suspected policy and compliance violations.

    • Concern boxes are located in every Foundling location

    A designated representative will follow up with you if you request for us to do so and you have provided contact information. If you choose to remain anonymous, the information is shared with the most appropriate parties for resolution. The resolution is based on the information you provide, so it is important to provide as much detail as possible about the issue to which you are referring.

    All reported compliance issues will be investigated. Be assured intimidation of or retaliation against anyone who in good faith raises a compliance issue is strictly prohibited. The Chief Compliance Officer or designee will follow up with you if you have provided contact information. If you choose to remain anonymous, the Compliance unit will investigate the issue as thoroughly as possible based on the information you provide, so it is important to provide as much detail as possible about the issue to which you are referring.
