Aditi Kulkarni previously worked in alternative investment fundraising at Goldman Sachs and TPG, where she focused on building relationships with Wealth Management Firms across Private Equity, Private Credit, and Real Estate strategies. She recently left finance to launch her own business venture and is eager to bring her experience in finance and entrepreneurship to the NY Foundling Junior Board. Aditi earned her degree in Finance and Business Information Systems from the University of Pittsburgh. She was first introduced to The Foundling during her time at Goldman and was especially drawn to its focus on children, a cause she cares deeply about. After spending time at Haven Academy and seeing firsthand the impact of The Foundling’s work, she was inspired to get more involved, particularly after learning how diverse and far-reaching the organization’s programs are.

My career in New York began in the fashion industry and subsequently evolved into the hospitality industry. I have worked in hospitality at several top New York hotels for the last 10 years. My passion for travel, hoteling and engaging with people from all walks of life is why I enjoy the hospitality industry. I became a New York Foundling board member in 2022 with the firm belief that no child should be without the family support they need to realize their full potential and access to equal opportunities. As such, I’m very proud to be a board member of this amazing cause that helps families in need.
