Melody Bickersteth is the Director of Operations Excellence at FUJIFILM Biotechnologies, where she works with global teams to drive operational improvement across the organization. She previously worked at McKinsey & Company and has experience across investing, commercial strategy, and finance, including roles at the Texas Municipal Retirement System and UBS. Melody holds a BSc in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics and an MBA from Columbia Business School. She joined The New York Foundling Junior Board out of a deep commitment to equity and opportunity and has previously supported youth- and mentorship-focused organizations, including Project Destined.
