Gloria is an HR executive and consultant who unlocks the potential of people and companies. She has experience scaling, transforming, and leading mergers/ carve outs of later-stage start-ups and mid-sized companies. She develops the structures, leaders and cultures that allow people and businesses to thrive.

Gloria is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a BA in Organizational Studies & HR, and of Temple University, where she earned an MBA in Marketing.

Gloria is passionate about The Foundling’s mission to help at-risk families get the support they need to become independent.  She is proud of our focus on foster children and attends our Camp Felix program every year.  Previously, Gloria hosted a foster child.  She also serves on the Board of Family Ties of Westchester and Hope’s Door.
