Shelter Me

Shelter Me, The Musical
Mastercard Midnight Theatre
75 Manhattan West Plaza [33rd St between 9th & 10th Ave, New York, NY 10001]

Shelter Me, The Musical is a gritty and emotionally charged pop/rock show inspired by the real-life stories of children growing up in the foster care and child welfare system. Born in the streets of the South Bronx, this extraordinary show sheds light on the challenging lives of those who intimately understand the struggles of residing in homeless shelters. The show follows the lives of three families as they navigate adversity, discovering strength within themselves, and learning to become the flashlight in their own lives. With grit, humor and honesty our Bronx native kids will steal your heart.
