Currently Manager of IT Infrastructure at The New York Foundling, my commitment to service from early experiences in immersions and outreach in the Philippines, which instilled in me a lifelong dedication to supporting vulnerable communities. As a varsity swimmer and student leader at De La Salle University Manila, shaped by my parents’ guidance, helped me cultivate perseverance, teamwork, and a passion for community service, qualities that continue to motivate my ongoing journey. In 2017- 2018, after collaborating with Former Junior Board Chair Travis Welcome on Pre-Blue Party fundraisers alongside friends in the hospitality industry, I was encouraged by him, Current Co-Chair of Volunteer and Mission Engagement Committee Fred Jones, and the NYF Development team to join the Junior Board. Their support, along with The Foundling’s mission to serve children and families impacted by child welfare and developmental disabilities, as well as NYF’s community engagement both in New York and Puerto Rico continues to inspire me to dedicate my time, talents, and energy to this meaningful cause.
