The New York Foundling Announces Four New Additions to Board of Trustees

New York, NY (August 2, 2018) – The New York Foundling announces the appointment of four new members to their Board of Trustees. Joining the board are James A. Hasso (Voya Investment Management), Sarah Kim (Clayton, Dubilier & Rice), Nadia Owens (KPMG) and Dennis Sheehan (Navigant Consulting).

 

“We are thrilled to welcome four new members to our Board of Trustees at The New York Foundling. These individuals all bring a unique perspective and expertise to our work, and with The Foundling’s 150th anniversary approaching next year, these additional members will continue to help us to grow and we are looking forward to working alongside them,” said Bill Baccaglini, President and CEO of The New York Foundling.

 

James A. Hasso is Managing Director, Head of U.S. Small Cap at Voya Investment Management. He has over 20 years of experience in equity analysis and portfolio management. He holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Fordham University and a B.A. in Economics from Lehman College. He is also an active member and volunteer with Americares, Women in Need, and Voya’s Annual Toy Drive.

 

Sarah Kim is a Partner at the private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R), a leading global private equity firm with over $20 billion in assets under management. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Vets First Choice as well as on the Advisory Board of the Harvard Association for Law and Business. She received a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Yale University, a J.D. from Harvard Law School, and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.

 

Nadia Owens is Head of Human Resources — Total Rewards at KPMG LLP. She holds an M.S. in Human Resources Management and a B.S. in Business Management from Long Island University. She is also an active member with Women in the Boardroom, Advancing Women Executives, the Society for Human Resource Management and World at Work Society of Certified Professionals.

 

Dennis Sheehan is Chief Operating Officer of Financial Services Advisory and Compliance at Navigant Consulting. He has over 30 years of experience as a C-Suite Executive at various public and private companies and holds an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University and a B.B.A. in Accounting from Iona College.
