Foundling Celebrates Staff at the Annual Service Awards Ceremony

The Foundling celebrated more than 50 staff members who have dedicated 10, 20, even 30 years of service at its Annual Service Awards Ceremony last Friday in Manhattan.  These men and women have touched the lives of so many people over the years. From Business Operations to Crisis Nursery to Foster Care and Mental Health—our employees are incredibly talented, motivated and hard-working.  Across all five boroughs and the City’s surrounding counties, our staff offer so much to the communities and people we serve. 

 

“I am proud of the uncompromising quality of service we provide to the children, families and individuals in our great city,” said Bill Baccaglini, President & CEO in his opening remarks last week. “I thank and congratulate these honorees for setting the example for all of us.”

 

Many staff have developed friendships and bonds with their colleagues and teammates and it’s great to see such a positive dynamic among employees. The Foundling benefits from their commitment and passion each day, and last week was our opportunity to formally recognize their achievements. 

 

The event also honored colleagues who have retired in the last year. Their efforts, energy and enthusiasm will be missed greatly and we wish them the very best as they start a new chapter in their lives!
