Mott Haven Computer Learning Center

Through the generosity of The Judith C. White Foundation, The New York Foundling has created the Mott Haven Computer Learning Center! Located at The Foundling’s Mott Haven Leadership Program’s site, this state-of-the-art computer lab will help youth in The Foundling’s programs acquire the technology skills necessary to be competitive in school, in the workforce, and in life.

Staff and volunteers will assist the youth, ages 8-17, as they work with grade-specific educational software, build research skills, and reinforce the lessons learned in school that day. A career discovery curriculum is one of many designed to help the older teens work independently and develop the skills set they need to achieve their individual goals.
