A Home Setting Whenever Possible
Children needing Specialized Therapeutic Foster Boarding Homes suffer from a variety of physical, mental
and emotional illnesses and/or disabilities. They may often require special education plus 24-hour assistance
from healthcare professionals, therapists, and clinically trained social workers. Foster parents in this program
are specially trained to care for these children. With support from our staff, these families are helping us fulfill
our commitment to provide children the opportunity, whenever possible, to live in a family-like, community-based
environment rather than an institution.
